For all technical procedures, whether concerning the mechanical, electrical or frame components, please go to the dealer where you purchased your Velec, with your electric bike and all its accessories (including the charger.) Labor charges may apply if you make a warranty return or a service claim to a Velec dealer other than the one where you purchased your bike.
